FREE SERVICE: This is another mode of service to meet customer satisfaction. Under this, we provide some free services to customers on behalf of Tata Motors Ltd. The Number of service varies from 3-5 depending on the type of Vehicle. This service normally includes washing, general pack etc.

WARRANTY SERVICE: We provide warranty services as per warranty policies of Tata Motor Ltd. It includes service related to spare parts, Electrical items, Engine, Gear Box, Axle etc. This warranty period range between 1-4 years depending on the type of product.

The vehicles range from Tippers, Tip Trailers, Transit Mixers, Truck mounted Cranes & Concrete Boom Pumps. What sets these Tippers apart is their innovative design which is based on insights in to customer needs. We also provide onsite service support for heavy & medium range Trucks & Buses.

It is our constant endeavour to minimise Total Cost of Operation (TCO), and unmatched quality of service. We are providing various offerings including 24×7 Onsite Service Support, Mobile Service Vans and extensive drivers’ trainings & mechanics trainings as per policies & guidelines of our Channel Partner Tata Motors Ltd. At the same time, spare parts & tubes are also made available under onsite service support to ensure that daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out more effectively and efficiently. We ensure quick services from our Tata Authorised Service Stations (TASS) available in Jodhpur & Barmer. We also cover the other districts like Jaiselmar, Pali, Jalore, Balotra.

TATA Motors Prolife is a pioneering after-market product support strategy for TATA Motors’ customers. In this, the customer is provided with reconditioned aggregates in exchange of old aggregates subject to simple acceptance norms.

Use of TATA Motors Prolife aggregate ensures OE like performance of the vehicle even after the first life cycle. The reconditioning is carried out at TATA Motors Prolife plants situated in Lucknow & Coimbatore.

Our endeavor at TATA Motors Prolife Business is to minimize the product life cycle cost. In line with the motto, we constantly put our efforts to offer products with lower price and highest quality. This is clearly evident from our product performance.

In continuation to this endeavor TATA Motors now offers a viable cost effective alternative solution to overhaul vehicle aggregates with nationwide warranty.

Our current product portfolio consists of reconditioned Engine Long Block, Gear Box, Starter Motor, Alternator, Power Steering Gear Box, Turbo Charger, Air Compressor. In addition to this, we also provide 380 diameter pressure plate along with 352 & 330 diameter pressure plates.

As a process new reconditioned products are being introduced at regular intervals.

AFTER SALE SERVICE: We are providing 3S facility to Customers. Our workshop is spread over large area situated in western Rajasthan i.e at Jodhpur, Barmer & Jaisalmer. We also have a team of highly qualified & experienced expert, technician, electrician, mechanics which are utilizing their knowledge & experience at higher level to meet the customer requirement. We are utilizing the advanced technology available in market & our workshop is also equipped with latest tools & machinery.

FINANCIAL: The Company is also providing the financial service to Customer by arranging finance to Customer from Banks/Financial Institutions.

INSURANCE: The Company also provides Insurance Service to Customer by arranging Insurance Policy on Vehicles from various Insurance Company at cheaper rate.

OTHER: The Company is also providing service related to Bus Body Building, Sale of Old & Second hand vehicles by refurbishment of same, Sale of spare parts, Sale of Recon Engine etc to make the dealership as single window for all activities.
